Our associates have been involved with  litigation and legal protection of intellectual property rights in patents, technologies, brands, designs, creative works and inventions.

We also have experience with structuring and negotiating IP-related contracts and transactions, R&D agreements, license agreements, knowledge acquisition and technology transfer agreements, and agreements vis-à-vis collective rights management societies, enforcement of import rights, and preventing counterfeits and imitations.

For investors and startups, we have experience formulating investment agreements, obtaining financing from the governmental Office of the Chief Scientist in Israel and other institutional investors.  We are also experienced in non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, internet law and strategic co-operation with foreign companies.

We have also been involved in dispute resolution, pre-litigation and litigation work, acquisitions and policy work.  In particular, our staff has extensive experience in dispute resolution on the international stage.
